How the performance fee works

For the setup described on this page, a 30% performance fee applies to positive trading profit after commission, and the remaining 70% stays in your account.

Arithmetic example, not an earnings forecast
Trading profit after commission$100
Performance fee (30%)−$30
Retained (70%)$70

This shows the arithmetic only. It does not predict profit, and losses are possible.

Other costs. Trading commission, spreads, and other broker costs may apply. Check the current strategy terms before connecting.

12X or 24X: choose the allocation that fits your plan.

Both options connect to the same Sonic AI gold-trading strategy. The difference is the account allocation multiplier, not the strategy itself.

What the allocation changes

Both options copy the same Sonic AI strategy. The difference is the size of the trading allocation connected to your account.

Connected exposureStandard allocationHigher allocation
Gains and lossesLower-exposure optionCan increase the size of gains and losses

Modeled amounts are illustrative only: deposit × multiplier, the same simplified model the calculator uses. They are not account balances, withdrawal amounts, or exact trade sizes. Individual trade sizes are determined by the strategy and can scale with the connected allocation, so a higher allocation can increase exposure and the dollar size of both gains and losses. 12X is the lower-exposure option. 24X is not a different strategy and is not a promise of higher returns. Both start from a $10 minimum deposit.

Compare both in the calculator

See what the allocation could mean.

Choose a starting deposit, an account allocation, and a number of weeks to see an illustrative total value based on the amount deposited. These estimates are for learning and comparison only. They are not historical returns, forecasts, or guarantees.

Minimum deposit: $10. The illustrative trading allocation is shown separately.
Choose 1 to 52 weeks. The estimate includes an illustrative allowance for fees and costs.
24X selected · The estimate scales with the selected allocation.

Your allocation sets the scale of copied trades. You do not choose each trade size. Reinvesting means manually adding positive results before the next period.

Estimated total valueWeek 0 to week 24

The chart applies a modeled 0.18% weekly result to the trading allocation. The smooth line assumes that constant positive rate every week; actual trading results fluctuate and may include losses.

Trading allocation$24,000

Estimate only. The total above combines your starting deposit and the illustrative result shown below. Reinvest mode assumes you manually add positive results before the next period. Actual results can vary, so this is not a guaranteed final balance.

View calculation assumptions

This is a simplified educational model that applies an illustrative after-cost assumption to the selected trading allocation. It is not a historical return, expected performance, forecast, or guarantee. Actual fee terms and broker costs vary and may reduce any positive result.

  • 12X and 24X: both use the same underlying strategy basis; the multiplier changes the trading allocation, not the selected strategy. This is a modeling convention, not a claim that realized results will be identical.
  • Reinvest earnings manually: the illustration assumes you manually add positive results to the deposit base, then apply the selected multiplier again for the next period. The calculator does not trigger or execute reinvestment.
  • Keep amount fixed: the illustration applies to the original trading allocation each week.
  • Trading allocation: starting deposit multiplied by the selected account multiplier. It is a modeled exposure amount, not a guaranteed account balance or withdrawal amount.

Why your result can differ from the public record.

A public record is a useful starting point. These factors explain why your account’s result can differ.

Understand allocation and sizing.

CopyX mirrors Sonic AI’s trades. Individual trade sizes are determined by the strategy and can scale with the trading allocation connected to the account.

Sonic AI instructionStrategy determines sizeExposure scaled by allocation

You choose the amount allocated to the strategy, not the lot size of every copied trade. A larger allocation can increase the dollar size of both gains and losses.

Account allocation

The amount assigned to the strategy affects the scale of copied exposure and the size of changes in your account.

Strategy-defined trade sizing

CopyX mirrors Sonic AI’s trades. Individual trade sizes are determined by the strategy. Followers do not manually set the size of each copied trade.

Automatic copying

CopyX mirrors Sonic AI’s trade instructions automatically. When the connection is active, copying can continue while you are offline. Account-specific broker charges, spreads, financing, performance fees, and other costs can still affect your result.

Broker costs and performance fees

A performance fee is deducted from profitable results, separately from trading commission, spreads, and other broker costs. See how the performance fee works. Confirm the current terms before connecting.

Market conditions

Gold prices, volatility, and trading conditions change. Those changes affect trades and account values.

Future strategy performance

The strategy’s future trades may produce different results from its public historical record.

Results from one account do not predict future results. Copy trading involves real market risk, including losses.

Secondary option

Optional referral participation

You can use copy trading without referring anyone. If you choose to introduce others, a separate referral program is available, subject to its current terms and eligibility requirements.

Referral participation is separate from copy trading. The performance fee described above still applies to your own copy-trading account, and referral income is not guaranteed.

Understand the market risk.

Copy trading involves real market risk. Account values can fall, and historical results do not guarantee future performance. Only consider an amount you can afford to lose.

Sonic AI copy trading FAQ

The essentials, from your first connection to fees and account control.

Is this the official Sonic AI website?

No. This is an independent copy-trading guide. It is not an official Sonic AI, Tag Markets, CopyX, or Stratify website.

Do I need trading experience?

You do not need to analyze charts or place every trade yourself. Review the strategy, understand the setup, and decide whether it is right for you.

How do I access my account?

Your trading account is registered in your name. You can access and manage the connection through the broker’s available controls, subject to the broker’s systems and terms. MetaTrader 5 is used after setup to access, monitor, and view account activity.

How can I review the performance?

Use the public Sonic AI Myfxbook profile. The overview on this page is a dated snapshot of that account. It is not a live feed or a promise of the results in your account.

What fees should I expect?

For the setup described here, a 30% performance fee applies to positive trading profit after commission, and the remaining 70% stays in your account. For example, $100 of profit after commission minus a $30 performance fee leaves $70. That is an arithmetic example, not an earnings forecast. Trading commission, spreads, and other broker costs may apply. Check the current strategy terms before connecting. How the performance fee works.

Can I stop copying?

You can manage your copy-trading connection through CopyX inside Tag Markets. Follow the platform’s current instructions for stopping copying and managing open positions.

How should I think about risk?

Copy trading involves real market risk. Account values can fall, and historical results do not guarantee future performance. Only consider an amount you can afford to lose.
